摘要
目的 为了探讨粘附分子CD4 4在肝癌、肝硬化患者组织中的表达以及其与肝癌、肝硬化的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学检测CD4 4在 2 6例肝癌、16例肝硬化以及 5例正常肝组织中的表达情况。结果 CD4 4在正常肝中均有阳性表达 ,而在肝硬化组织中表达明显增强 ,在肝癌组织中表达差异很大 ,并且与肿瘤分化程度密切相关。结论 CD4 4分子在肝病中的表达随病情而异 。
Objective To determine the expression of CD 44 in the liver tissue.Method 26 cases of liver cancer,16 cases of hepatocirrhosis and 5 cases of normal liver tissue were studied by HE stain and immunohistochemistry.Results Positive expression was observed in normal,cirrhotic tissue,and also in liver cancer,but they were in different patterns.Conclusion CD 44 expression varies with the different types of liver lesion and has specific clinical significance.
