摘要
通过导师带领下学生团队的实践,探讨了在CDIO工程教育理念下,学生创新项目与开放实验室相结合的管理经验。得出的经验是:要想有效地完成学生科技创新项目,项目负责人是关键,除了必须掌握一定的管理知识和技能外,还要将创新项目与实验室开放有机结合起来,既有效利用开放实验室资源,为创新项目提供支持,又通过创新项目促进开放实验室的建设,推动开放实验室的发展。
It was discussed how to make an efficient management of combining student creative projects with open laboratory by the practice of the student team led by the advisor, in the mode of CDIO engineering education. Conclusion can be given that to complete scientific and technological creative projects effectively, it does not only acquire a project manager with management knowledge and skills, but also an efficient use of open laboratory resources. Besides, it must be combined the creative project and open laboratory. In this way, it can make an efficient use of open laboratory resources as a support of creative projects. In turn it can be promoted construction and development of open laboratory by the creative projects.
