摘要
控制性详细规划是总体规划和分区规划的深化和延续,是法定的规划,是规划实施的重要依据,还对修建性详细规划具有指导作用,为进一步完善规划体系起到了积极的促进作用,控制性详细规划为城市的建设作出了突出的贡献。本文笔者就控制性详细规划编制的重要意义着手,分析了当前控制性详细规划编制中存在的诸多问题,进而为控制性详细规划编制提出改进策略,完善控制性详细规划编制,为城市规划建设提供借鉴和指导。
