摘要
文章通过利用黏质沙雷氏菌粗酶液催化、H2O2氧化分别经蒸发或压滤处理后的保险粉废水,得到了一种新的保险粉废水除臭路径。实验结果表明,在粗酶液加入量为3%,H2O2加入量为5%,反应温度为35℃,反应时间为5h的条件下,对于保险粉废水的COD去除效果一般,但除臭效果良好,2种保险粉废水经除臭处理后的臭阈值分别为16和15,臭味指标达到国家二级排放标准。
A new deodorization method of sodium hydrosulphite wastewater was proposed by using Crude enzyme liquid isolated from Serratia marcescens as catalyst, H2O2 as oxidant to treat evaporated or filter pressed sodium hydrosulphite wastewater. The results indicated that the best efficiency of deodorization was obtained under the conditions of 3 % of crude enzyme liquid, 5% of H2O2 recruitment, 35 ℃ of reaction temperature and 5 h of reaction time, although the removal of COD was not good. The threshold odor quantity of two kinds of sodium hydrosulphite wastewater after deodorization was 16 and 15 respectively, which could be up to the second grade of national discharge standard.
