摘要
采用以微电解技术为主体处理单元的物化工艺处理电镀综合废水,当进水Cr6+、N i2+、PO43-(以P计)和COD的平均浓度分别为78、19、55.4、108 mg/L时,出水水质优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级排放标准。实践证明,该工艺投资少,处理成本低,运行稳定,效果好,值得推广。
Abstract: The physicochemical process using micro-electrolysis technology as the main treatment unit was used to treat electroplating synthetical wastewater. When the average concentrations of the influent Cr^6+、Ni^2+、PO4 ^3-P and COD are 78 mg/L, 19 mg/L, 55.4 mg/L and 108 mg/L respectively, the effluent quality is better than the first level criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 -1996). The practice shows that the process has less investment, low treatment cost, stable operation and good effect, and it is worth to be widely applied.
