摘要
本文介绍了黑龙江农业工程职业学院汽车专业与黑龙江省汽车维修检测行业协会、汽车服务企业开展深层次合作,根据地域特点、发挥自身优势,通过系列项目的实施来提升教学团队社会服务能力。文中介绍了近年来的具体做法及取得的一些成效,期望对同类院校在团队建设上有所借鉴。
This article describes the automotive professional Heilongjiang Agricultural Engineering Vocational College Heilongjiang Province vehicle maintenance inspection industry associations,automotive service enterprises to develop deep cooperation,according to the geographical features,play to their advantage through the implementation of a series of projects to improve social service capacity of the teaching team.This paper introduces a specific approach in recent years and achieved some success,expectations of a reference for similar institutions in team building.
