在三网融合的严峻形势下,广电运营商必须建立优质高效的运维团队来提升服务质量。建设好团队人员是关键,可以采用加强学习开阔眼界、强化岗位责任意识、提升专业技能水平、开展好"超前式"服务等手段,提高广电运维人员的综合素质,从而更好地为用户服务。
On the convergence of the grim situation, cable operators must build quality, ellic^ent operation team to improve service quality. Construction of staff is the key. In order to offer better services for users. We should learn to enhance learning , broaden our horizon, strengthen the post responsibility consciousness, enhance the professional skill level, carry out ＂advance＂ and other means, to improve the comprehensive quality of broadcast and TV maintenance personnel.
