摘要
无论在什么组织结构体系中,领导管理所面对的对象都不外乎人、事二字。如果一位领导者对人和事管理有道,应付自如,那么,他便可以称得上是有智慧的管理者。
No matter in what organizational structure system, the object exposed to leaders in the management is nothing more than people and events. If a leader can cope well with people and events with ease, then he can be called a wise manager.
