摘要
目的分析2010年河南省麻疹流行病学特征,并总结全省消除麻疹工作进展状况。方法对全省麻疹发病情况及采取的消除麻疹措施进行描述流行病学分析。结果全省2010年麻疹报告发病率为23.72/100万,较2009年下降75.70%,为历史最低水平。驻马店、南阳、信阳、洛阳、商丘5个地市病例数占全省病例总数的58.71%。年龄别发病率以<1岁组最高(74.34/10万),其次是1岁组、2岁组、3岁组和4岁组。全省2010年排除麻疹病例报告发病率0.94/10万,疑似麻疹病例48 h内完整调查率89.08%,散发疑似麻疹病例血标本采集率75.67%,血清学检测结果 7日内报告率78.55%,麻疹爆发13起,其血清学确诊比例91.67%,采集病原学标本的起数占8.33%。结论全省消除麻疹取得显著进展,应继续做好麻疹减毒活疫苗常规免疫和重点地区集中查漏补种,切实提高麻疹监测系统运转质量,做好麻疹疫情的调查与处置。
Objective This study is to analyze the epidemiological characteristics and summarize progress towards measles elimination in Henan Province in 2010. Methods The provincal measles surveillance data were analysed by descriptive epidemiology. Results The reported measles incidence was 23.72 per1,000,000 population in 2010 （75.70 % lower than that in 2009）,and was the lowese level in history. The number of measles cases reported from Zhumadian, Nanyang, Xinyang, luoyang, Shangqiu took account for 58.71% of the total numbe. The highest measles incidence occurred among children aged 〈 1 years old, followed by people aged 1 year, 2 years ,3 years and 4 years. Non-measles cases reported was 0.94 per 100 thousand population, proportion of suspected measles cases investigated within 48 hours of report was 89.08 %. Proportion of suspected cases with adequate serum specimens was 75.67 %. Percentage of serum specimen results reported within 7 days of collection was 78.55 %. Of the 13 Measles outbreaks, 91.67 % were laboratoryconfirmed and 8.33 % with specimen collected for virus detection. Conclusion Henan achieved significant progress on Measles elimination in 2010. For the next step, Henan need to further strengthen the routine immunization program, to conduct high-quality measles attenuated live vaccine supplementary immunization activities and catch-up vaccination in some priority regions. It is necessary to strengthenmeasles surveillance system and response outbreak for interrupting transmission of measles virus.
