摘要
本文通过问卷调查和描述性统计分析,研究居民对预约门诊的意向,阐述本院开展预约门诊的实践,分析预约门诊产生的成效,并提出改进建议。
Through questionnaire and descriptive analysis, the article analyzed the intention on appointed outpatient clinic of residents, expatiated the practice of appointed outpatient clinic, analyzed the effects, put forward some suggestion on improvement.
