The research on the capacity of roundabouts is a complicated process. Capacity research must be connected with the appraising methods of traffic quality. The road users’ satisfactory degree and the situation of road utilization must be involved in the appraising processing with an appropriate method. With the use of the theoretical models of capacity and delay based on the gap acceptance theory, the article sets up a comprehensive appraisal method about roundabout.
