摘要
将城市地面道路中“等效通行能力”的概念推广至城市快速路,给出了针对快速路的模型及其建模方法,建立了一套评价指标和评价体系。最后,给出了快速路运行状况评价的实例,并对评价结果进行了初步分析。
In this paper, the new concept of “equivalent capacity”, which has been used in urban road evaluation, is extended to the urban expressway. Firstly, the modeling procedure is introduced, then, the whole system of evaluation indexes is established, and finally, an example of evaluating the operating condition of expressway is given and at the same time the preliminary evaluation result is analyzed.
