摘要 芒果畸形病是芒果生产中的主要病害,目前国内外研究主要集中在病原菌的生物学、分子生物学、地理分布、流行学和病原菌侵染寄主过程等方面。该病由镰刀菌(Fusarium spp.)引起,其病株和病残体是田间病害的主要初侵染源,病原菌分生孢子通过风和虫传播,在芒果的顶芽处入侵从而引发病害的发生,毒素和内源激素紊乱可能是病组织形成的主要原因,加强检疫、修剪和喷施化学农药相结合可在一定程度上减轻病害的发生,本文对此相关内容展开讨论并为病害的防治提供参考意见。 Mango malformation is one of the most destructive diseases of this crop. The present research focuses on the pathogen biology and molecular biology, geographic distribution, epidemiology and pathogen infection and colonization of plant tissue. Fusarium spp. was identified as the causal agent of this disease in worldwide. The primary infections were dry malformed inflorescence debris and conidia dispersal by wind or insects. The pathogen penetration site was apical meristem. Toxins and endogenous hormone disorders may be the main reason for the formation by the diseased tissues. Quarantine, shoot pruning and spraying of chemical pesticides can decrease the occurrence of the disease. This paper reviewed the recent achievements and provided some new ideas for future research of biological control on this disease.
