摘要
高校教师绩效管理将教师个体考核目标与学校战略目标有机结合,服务于学校整体发展战略目标的实现,是高校人力资源管理的创新和发展。文章首先对高校教师绩效评价进行了概述,并结合西方发达国家高校教师绩效评价的特点,对我国当前高校教师绩效评价的现状及存在的问题进行分析。在此基础之上,提出战略导向视域下的高校教师绩效评价体系的原则和框架。
A development and innovation in human resources management of higher educational institution has been achieved in this research, in which teacher's performance appraisal organically combines teachers' individual appraisal target with the strategic aims of the university. College teacher's performance appraisal is summarized and the present situation of college teacher' s performance appraisal and its problems are analyzed in contrast with the situation of developed countries in the west. Based on the analysis, some principles and framework of teacher' s performance appraisal are put forward from the strategy-oriented perspective.
