摘要
师生关系是高校人际关系的最重要的关系之一。近年来,高校师生关系紧张的典型案件越来越多,学生对师生关系的满意度也不高。引入彼得.德鲁克的管理沟通理论,从教育社会学和组织行为学的角度分析师生关系"失谐"之因,并从拓展师生沟通的三度空间(频度、广度和深度)、"弯下腰"倾听学生心声、强化师生共同体观念和修炼"罗丹式"的眼睛等四个方面对教师提出建议以作为调谐师生关系之用。
The relationship between teachers and students is one of the most important relationships of the interpersonal relationship.In recent years,the typical cases of the relationship between university teachers and students more and more intense,the teacher-student relationship satisfaction of the student is not high.By introducing Peter Deruk's management communication theory,the article analyzed the reason of "detuning" of the relationship between teachers and students from the angle of educational sociology and organizational behavior,and suggested to adjust the relationship between teachers and students from four aspects of the development of the communication frequency,breadth and depth of teachers and students,"bent" to listen to the voice of teachers and students,strengthen the students the concept of community and repairs refine the eyes of "Luo Dan".
