摘要
目的 探讨玻璃体内注射地塞米松(DX)对视网膜神经细胞的影响。方法 以兔视网膜胶质细胞作基质,培养鼠视网膜神经细胞,根据临床常用剂量分别在培养液内加入不同剂量的DX,记录神经细胞一级突起的发育情况并与空白对照组相比较。结果 高剂量、常规剂量及低剂量DX均可以造成神经细胞一级突起的减少,与空白对照组相比较,差异有极显著意义(P<0.01)。结论 DX玻璃体内注射可以产生一定程度的毒副作用。
Objective To evaluate the influence and toxic effect of dexamethasone on the developing and functions of the cultured mice retinal neurons. Methods The rabbit retinal glial cell was cultured first. The mice retinal fragments was planted on them.When the neurons are growing, different dosage of dexamethasone was administered into the culture medium, then the primary cell branch was observed and recorded.Results The HDG,MDG and LDG dexamethasone have negative functions on the mice retinal neurons, which reduce the branch of the neurons. Conclusion The results shows an injection of dexamethasone into vitreous can bring about negative effect to some degree.
