摘要
通过兔眼内注射头孢拉定与地塞米松,并应用ERG与病理检查,观察该药物的毒性作用和对蜡样芽胞杆菌引起的暴发性全眼球炎的治疗效果。结果头孢拉定25mg/ml,地塞米松400μg/ml作玻璃体腔注射无毒性。早期应用该药物有一定的抗菌作用。反复多次给药,在控制炎症方面效果为佳。
So far there is no effective treatment in the sudden onset of panophthalmitis caused by Bacillus Cereus clinically. This study was to inject Cephradine and Dexamethasone intravitreously into the rabbit eye and observe the toxicity and the effect treatment in association with the ERG and pathological examination. The experiments showed that Cephradine 25mg/ml, Dexamethasone 400ug/0.1ml intravitreal injection had no toxic effect. Early application of these medicine had some anti-bacterium effect. Repeated use showed better results in controlling the inflammation than that of single dosage. This result might offer some references in the treatment of panophthalmitis clinically.
