摘要
由于感染病医院骨科的特殊性,感染病骨科临床教学应根据其性质而制定教学方案。首先消除学生对感染病患者的恐惧心理,同时加强学生的消毒隔离观念,制定查房的防护流程,加强术中个人的防护措施,应强调根据感染病科骨病患者的疾病特点制定针对性的治疗方案。通过这些探索,感染病相关骨病教学模式将取得较好的效果。
Due to the special characteristics of orthopedic in hospital of infectious diseases, the development of teaching programs should be designed according to the characteristics. First, the fear of students about infected patients should be eliminated, then, the students concept of disinfection and isolation should be strengthened. Protection processes during rounds should be set and personal protective measures intraoperative should be strengthened. It should be emphasized that targeted therapies should be developed for patients with bone diseases related to infectious diseases, according to the characteristics. Through these explorations, we can find out better teaching mode of bone diseases related to infectious diseases.
