摘要
某电厂输煤用皮带机一级驱动滚筒发生驱动轴断裂的故障,对断轴进行成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试以及断口形貌分析。结果认为,由于驱动轴的热处理组织不正常,在运行时发生了疲劳断裂,并对这类轴的热处理提出了建议。
The fracture reason of the drive shaft was analyzed by fracture observation, chemical composition analysis, metallurgical structure observation and hardness test. The results show that the fracture is mainly caused by the abnormal metallurgical structure after quenching and tempering. According to analytic result, the suggestion is put forward.
