气动杆断裂分析研究

摘要 某核电用气动执行机构在拆解中,释放弹簧力时有断裂响声,拆解完毕后发现气动杆断裂,气动杆材料40CMD8,为法国材料。本文通过宏观观察、微观观察、金相组织检查和力学性能检测对气动杆的整体断裂特征和材料性能进行了检查,分析了气动杆的断裂原因。结合人工打断断口形貌确定了气动杆断裂性质为冲击过载断裂;通过不同条件下的热处理模拟试验验证了材料存在回火脆性,回火脆性显著降低了材料的冲击性能,并从气动杆外观检查发现了外力引起的损伤特征。综合分析后可知,气动杆冲击过载断裂是由于气动杆材料存在回火脆性引起的材料冲击性能较低和异常受力有关。 A nuclear-grade pneumatic actuator has broken sound while the spring released force in disassembling, and After disassembling, the pneumatic shaft was found fractured. The material of pneumatic shaft is 40CMD8 from French. In this paper, macroscopic observation, microscopic observation,inspection of metallographic structure and mechanical properties are examined for the overall to analyse the cause of fracture. The fracture mode of pneumatic shaft, which was impact fracture, is determined by the artificial fracture morphology. Temper brittleness was verifyied under different conditions of heat treatment, which significantly reduces the impact of material properties. And external force is proved by abnormal damage from the pneumatic shaft appearance. It can be seen from the comprehensive analysis that the impact overload fracture of pneumatic shaft is due to the low material impact toughness caused by temper brittleness and abnormal force.
