摘要
目的探讨与分析护理干预对脑出血偏瘫患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2009年1月至2011年4月来我院就诊的100例脑出血偏瘫患者为研究对象，按护理方式的不同将其随机分为对照组和干预组各50例，对照组入院后予以常规护理，干预组在对照组基础上予以有效的护理干预，包括心理护理、急性期体位护理、基础护理、康复指导及出院指导等，比较两组患者护理后的生活自理能力、肌力及生活质量。结果干预组患者护理后的生活自理能力明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；干预组的上、下肢肌力与对照组相比，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；干预组护理后的SS—QOL评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论护理干预能明显改善脑出血偏瘫患者生活自理能力、肌力及生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with hemiplegia cerebral hemorrhage impact. Methods From January 2009 to April 2011, 100 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 50 cases in the control group after admission be routine care, the intervention group was given effective nursing on the basis of nursing intervention of control group, including psychological care, the acute phase of postural care, basic care, rehabilitation guidance and discharge guidance, comparing two groups of patient care of daily living, muscle strength and quality of life. Results The ability of living independence in investigation group was better than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Upper and lower limbs muscle strength in investigation group were better than those of control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The SS - QOL score of investigation group was lower than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Nursing intervention can significantly improve the living skills of patients with hemiplegia cerebral hemorrhage, muscular strength and quality of life.
