摘要
从泸州老窖浓香型白酒发酵窖池的窖泥样品中分离出了2株细菌。经菌落特征观察和镜检后,利用Bi-olog微生物自动鉴定系统对菌株进行了鉴定,结果表明,XJ-01为Bacillus licheniforims(地衣芽孢杆菌),XJ-02为Bacillus(芽孢杆菌属)。
Two bacteria strains were isolated successfully from pit mud of Luzhou-flavor liquor. After colony characteristics observation and mi- croscopic examination, Biolog automated microbes identification system (Biolog System) was adopted to identify the two bacteria strains, and the results showed that XJ-01 bacteria was Bacillus licheniforim and XJ-02 bacteria was Bacillus.
