摘要
彩铝聚氨酯保温装饰板外墙外保温系统是目前技术性能优异的高档外墙节能装饰材料,其应用技术要点涉及到工程应用的各方面。介绍了其基本应用条件、材料(系统)性能要求、设计和施工技术等。基本应用条件除了JGJ 144—2004第3章的要求外,还根据该系统特征作了一些具体规定;性能要求主要参照JG/T 287—2013的规定并针对该系统特征进行补充或修正;设计技术重点介绍一些细部节点的构造设计;施工技术重点介绍施工工艺、操作要点及其注意事项等。
The external thermal insulation system based on insulated decorative panel made of color-coated-aluminum and foaming polyurethane composite material is an upmarket energy-saving external decorating system, which has excellent technical performance. And this system＇s main technical points are related to all aspects of actual engineering application. The basic appli- cation conditions,material （system） performance requirement, design and construction technology etc. are introduced mainly in this paper. And then,we wrote the basic application conditions in accordance with chapter 3,JGJ 14d---2004,and also made specific provisions according to the characteristics of the system. Moreover, we proposed the performance requirements mainly in accordance with JG/T 287--2013, made necessary supplementation and amendment according to the characteristics. In the design technology, we emphatically introduced structure designs of some detail nodes. In the construction technology,we mainly introduced construction process,operating key points,matters needing attention and so on.
