摘要
本文总结和分析了国内设备监理行业的发展现状和存在问题,指出工程硕士的培养是建设设备监理高级人才队伍的重要举措,并探讨了工程硕士(设备监理)领域如何适应社会发展需求,做好工程硕士与职业资格认证对接工作的措施,从而建立起切合实际、良性发展的培养模式。
This paper summarizes and analyzes the development background and existing problems of e- quipment supervision profession in China, and points out that the education on Master of engineering is an important method for developing the senior talents in the field of equipment supervision. Finally, the paper discusses how to adapt to the social development and make the connection of Master of engineering and occupation qualification attestation so as to establish a practicable talent cultivation mode and have a long term development.
