摘要
随着设备监理制度的推行,为了设备监理行业得到持续科学的发展,本文从国家宏观管理体制的建立、设备监理行业的服务定位、监理企业自身角度提出了设备监理推行中存在的主要问题,对设备监理的推行和发展进行探讨。
As the initiating of the plant engineering consultants system, in order to persistently, scientifically develop the trade of plant engineering consultants, in this study, the mainly existent problems were raised from the points of basing of national macroscopic management system, service orientation of trade of plant engineering consultants and themselves of consultants and supervision companies. The initiating and developing of plant engineering consultants were also discussed.
