FAAS测定人血中钠的分析方法

摘要 为了解决火焰原子吸收光谱法测定人血中钠时容易产生的问题,用控温加热板、硝酸-过氧化氢消解血样,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定钠,尝试不同实验条件,寻找最优组合。在确定的条件下,该方法与中子活化法测定钠的结果无显著性差异。该方法的相关系数为0.9857,平均回收率为101.81%,相对标准偏差小于4%。火焰原子吸收光谱法测定全血中钠,方法简便易行、结果准确可靠,适合用于批量血样的分析测定。 In order to solve the problems that occurred in the process of determination of sodium in human whole blood by FAAS, the blood samples were digested by temperature-controllable heating plate HNO3-H2O2, and sodium was determined by FAAS, and the different experimental conditions were tried to find the optimal conditions. The results of the method were close to the determining results of neutron activation method. The correlation coefficient the method was 0. 9857. The average recovery was 101.81%. The RSDs were less than 4 %. The method for the determination of sodium in human whole blood by FAAS is simple and convenient,and is fit for determination of batches blood samples. The results are precise and credible.
