摘要
采用钠、钾两元素的次灵敏线,摸索最佳仪器工作条件,应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定食品中前述两种元素之含量,该法线性范围宽,回收率高,更能适应批量样品的测定。
The method of selecting secondary sensitivity line of Potassium and Sodium, trying to find out the best operating condition of the instrument, and determining the content of Potassium and Sodium by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry, has an advantage of wide linear range and high recovery, so it is more suitable for determination of batch samples.
