摘要
目的:探讨口腔颌面部间隙感染的临床治疗价值。方法:收集我科70例颌面部间隙感染患者进行临床治疗分析。结果:70例患者中,以牙源性感染为主,占70.0%,腺源性感染占20.0%。治愈63例,好转2例,并发症5例,经积极治疗后均痊愈出院。结论:颌面部间隙感染是以牙源性为主的混合感染,临床应以综合治疗为主,合理应用抗生素,同时采用引流治疗,效果良好。
Objective To investigate the oral and maxillofacial space infection the clinical value. Methods collected70cases of maxillofacial space infection of patients with a clinical treatment analysis. Results in 70 patients, with odontogenic infection, accounting for 70%, gland infection accounted for 20%. 63 cases were cured,2 cases improved,5 cases of complications, after active treatment were cured. Conclusion maxillofacial space infection with odontogenic mixed mainly infection, clinical by comprehensive therapy mainly, the rational use of antibiotics, while the use of drainage in the treatment of.
