摘要
目的:探讨一次性根充法治疗牙髓炎的临床应用疗效。方法:选择2009年6～12月收治的牙髓炎患者86例,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用一次性根充法进行治疗,而对照组则采用多次根管治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效等相关指标进行对比分析。结果:与对照组相比,观察组的近、远期疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组的就诊次数和治疗天数均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:一次性根充法治疗牙髓炎,在发挥临床疗效的同时,还能够显著缩短疗程,对于牙髓炎患者具有十分重要的临床治疗价值。
Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of one-time root canal treatment of pulpitis.Methods：From June to December 2009,86 patients with pulpitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was used one-time root canal treatment,while the control group was repeated root canal therapy,and clinical efficacy of the two groups and related indicators were compared.Results：Compared with the control group,the efficacy and long-term efficacy of observation group was no significant difference（P0.05）.But the observation group of clinic visits and treatment days were significantly less than those of the control group,there were significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：One-time root canal treatment of pulpitis has good clinical efficacy,it is also able to significantly shorten the course of treatment for patients with pulpitis of great clinical value.
