丹参加玻璃酸钠对兔膝关节软骨保护的效应与机制研究 被引量:4

Effects and Mechanism of Radix Salvias Miltiorrhizae Sodium Hyaluronate on Cartilage of Osteoarthritis in Rabbit Knee Joints

摘要 目的通过观察丹参加玻璃酸钠关节内注射,探讨其对兔膝关节软骨的保护效应与机制。方法通过切断膝关节前交叉韧带和内侧副韧带造成膝OA模型,将80只日本大耳白兔随机分为A组、B组、C组、D组。给药4、8周后处死实验兔,行软骨细胞凋亡率检测。结果模后第4周、8周,B、C、D三组软骨细胞凋亡率著低于A组(P<0.01),A、B、C、D组组间软骨细胞凋亡率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01);B、C、D组组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但D组凋亡率明显小于B、C组。结论丹参加玻璃酸钠关节内注射,能明显降低兔膝关节软骨的细胞凋亡率,减缓膝关节软骨的退变,对软骨起保护效应。 Objective To observe the effects and mechanism of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Sodium Hyaluronate on cartilage of osteoarthritis in rabbit knee joints. Methods Knee osteoarthritis model was created by cutting off the anterior cruciate ligament and medial collateral ligament in the knee joint. 80 adult Japanese white rabbits were divided randomly into 4 groups: Group A, Group B, Group C, Group D. After drug treatment for 4 and 8 weeks, the rabbits were killed and the ratio of chondrocyte apopto- sis was detected. Results After 4 and 8weeks, the ratio of chondrocyte apoptosis in group B, C or D was smaller than that in group A(P 〈0.01). There had significant difference among A,B,C,D groups (P 〈0.01) , but there had no significant differ- ence among B, C or D group (P 〉 0.05 ). The ratio of chondrocyte apoptosis in group D was smaller than that in group B or C (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and the Sodium Hyaluronat can markedly inhibit the rate of chondrocytes apop- tosis in osteoarthritis, and has the effect of protecting chondrocyte and delay the occurrence.
