摘要
目的建立白花败酱草活性部位的提取方法,初步筛选出白花败酱草抗肿瘤活性部位。方法采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法。结果白花败酱草粗提物能够显著诱导Hela和Mcf-7细胞发生凋亡;80%乙醇树脂部位对Hela、Mcf-7和Hct-8细胞具有显著的抑制作用,IC50值分别为11.90,12.55,15.61 mg·L-1,对EJ细胞的抑制作用次之,IC50值为65.32 mg·L-1,其他部位的抑制作用较弱或无抑制作用;紫外显色法测得80%乙醇树脂部位中总皂苷含量是61.81%。结论 80%乙醇树脂部位主要成分是皂苷,其具有明显的体外抗肿瘤作用。
Objective To estimate the anti - tumor activity of the extracts of Patrinia villosa Juss. Methods MTT assay was ap- plied to screen the anti - tumor effect of the extracts of Patrinia villosa Juss on different tumor cell lines in vitro. Results Different extracts bad various inhibitory effects on different tumor cell lines. Hela, Mcf - 7, EJ and Het - 8 cell lines had sensibility to the crude extracts of Patrinia villosa Juss. 80% alcohol elution from mastic part had remarkable anti - tumor activity in vitro. The half inhibition concentrations were 9.29,10.21 and 10.33 mg · L^-1 to Hela,Mcf- 7 and EJ of human respectively, and other parts of elution mastic part had little inhibitory effect on these cell lines. The contents of total saponins and total flavonoids of 80% alcohol - soluble part were 61.81% and 8.69% respectively. Conclusion 80% alcohol - soluble part, which is considered as the active parts of Patrinia villosa Juss, has considerable anti - tumor effect.
