摘要
为研究败酱草总皂甙抗小鼠宫颈癌活性,对败酱草粗提物采用AB-8型大孔吸附树脂分离纯化得到总皂甙,按照A(阴性对照)、C(250 mg/kg)、D(1 000 mg/kg)3个试验组对建立的小鼠U14宫颈癌模型进行灌胃试验,B(阳性对照)腹腔注射环磷酰胺(CTX),15 d后检测肿瘤生长抑制率,生命延长率,机体免疫器官(胸腺和脾脏)功能,抗氧化能力(过氧化氢酶CAT,超氧化物歧化酶SOD,总抗氧化能力T-AOC)等指标。结果显示,败酱草皂甙高、低剂量组瘤重显著降低(P<0.05);生命延长率显著提高(P<0.05);极显著促进免疫器官的生长(P<0.01);显著提高抗氧化能力(P<0.05)。表明败酱草总皂甙具有抑制U14宫颈癌小鼠生长作用,且该皂甙通过提高机体免疫功能和抗氧化能力来发挥抗肿瘤作用。
In order to investigate the antitumor activity of Patrinia saponins to cervical cancer in mice,total Patrinia saponins was purified from Patrinia extracts using AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin,4 groups were created as mouse U14 cervical carcinoma model and established as follows,A(negative control),C(250 mg/kg),D(1 000 mg/kg) intragastric administration and group B(positive control) with intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide(CTX).After 15 days,the tumor growth inhibition rate was evaluated,as well as life extension rate,immune organs(thymus and spleen) function,antioxidant capacity(catalase,superoxide dismutase,total antioxidant capacity).The results showed that tumor weight was significantly lower(P0.05) in Patrinia saponin high and low dose groups than that in the control group;life extension rate increased significantly(P0.05);the immune organ growth boosted(P0.01);the antioxidant capacity increased significantly(P0.05).This study demonstrated that Patrinia saponins inhibited the growth of U14 cervical cancer cells in mice,and the saponins played an anti-tumor role by improving immune function and antioxidant capacity.
