摘要
构建制造商与供应商间关系承诺对信息共享与运营绩效影响的理论模型,依据已有研究将关系承诺分为情感承诺和计算式承诺两个维度,将信息共享分为信息共享内容和信息共享质量两个维度。对广东省珠三角地区273家制造企业进行问卷调查,利用结构方程模型就关系承诺对信息共享与运营绩效之间的关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明,情感承诺对信息共享内容、信息共享质量及运营绩效均有显著的正向影响,计算式承诺对信息共享内容和信息共享质量均无显著的影响,对运营绩效则有显著的负向影响,信息共享内容和信息共享质量对企业运营绩效均有显著的正向影响。
The theoretical model of relationship commitment on information sharing and operational performance in manufacturersupplier is proposed based on related literatures dividing relationship commitment into affective commitment and calculative commitment, and dividing information sharing into information sharing content and information sharing quality. By structural equation modeling, this paper empirically tested the theoretical model of relationship commitment on information sharing and operational performance using data collected from 273 manufacturing companies in the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong Province. The results show that there are significant positive impacts of affeetive commitment on information sharing content, information sharing quality and operational performance. But calculative commitment has no significant impacts on information sharing content, information sharing quality while it has negative impact on operational performance. Both information sharing content and information sharing quality have significant positive impact on operational performance.
