核心企业领导风格与弱稳定性的工程供应链信息共享:关系质量的中介作用 被引量:12

Core Enterprise Leadership Style and Information Sharing in Weak Stability Construction Supply Chain: The Mediating Role of Relationship Quality

摘要 工程供应链的信息共享被分散性、临时性等工程特征导致的弱稳定性所困扰。信息共享不足问题始终制约着工程整体绩效的提升。现有研究对核心企业在工程供应链信息共享促进机制中的领导作用缺乏关注,本文探讨了核心企业领导风格与信息共享的关系,验证了供应链关系质量的中介作用。本研究以施工总承包商为核心的供应链企业为研究对象,通过373份来自工程供应链相关企业的有效问卷实证分析表明:(1)一致性、差异化变革型领导风格均促进供应链信息共享,关系质量在其中起部分中介作用;与一致性变革型领导风格相比,差异化变革型领导风格对关系质量的正向影响效应更强。(2)发展性交易型领导风格促进供应链信息共享,纠偏性交易型领导风格则阻碍供应链信息共享,且关系质量在交易型领导风格与信息共享之间起部分中介作用。本文研究结果为工程供应链的信息共享管理提供理论指导,对促进弱稳定性供应链的信息共享具有启示意义。 The information sharing in construction supply chain is affected by the weak stability caused by fragmentation and temporality. The limits of information sharing constantly restrict the overall construction performance. Moreover, the insufficient information sharing weakens the fundamental responsibility that construction industry carries over development of economy, society and organizations, and further seriously hinders economic development and transformation of construction supply chain. However, few studies focused on the role of core enterprise leadership in construction supply chain which facilitated information sharing. This paper explores the relationship between the core enterprise leadership styles and information sharing, and examines the mediating role of supply chain relationship quality behind the relationship. The current research uses supply chain enterprises which regarded construction general contractor as core enterprises as research units to conduct an empirical analysis. Based on existing research, this paper constructs a structural equation model focusing on the relationships among the core enterprise leadership styles, supply chain relationship quality and information sharing, by using of 373 samples of middle and senior managers coming from construction supply chain related posts. The results show that consistency transformational and difference transformational leadership styles both positively inf luence supply chain information sharing. Relationship quality partially mediates the effect of leadership styles on information sharing. Compared to consistency transformational leadership style, difference transformational leadership style has a greater effect on information sharing, that is, the real concern of core enterprise is more effective. In addition, development exchange leadership style increases information sharing, while corrective avoidant leadership style decreases information sharing. Moreover, the relationship between transactional leaderships and information sharing is partially mediated by relationship quality, which indicates that core enterprise appropriate leadership style helps the establishment of good relationships among supply chain enterprises, and plays an important role in improving information sharing as well. The present study provides theoretical implications for information sharing management of construction supply chain, and practical implications for information sharing in weak stability supply chain.
