胃癌患者静脉滴注奥沙利铂猝死1例 被引量：6

Sudden death induced by oxaliplatin administration in one patient with gastric cancer

摘要 奥沙利铂是第3代铂类抗癌药物，与前2代铂类抗癌药物相比，在肾毒性、耐药性、蛋白结合率等方面均有较大改善。近年来，奥沙利铂在胃癌等多种恶性肿瘤的化疗应用中日益广泛，其药物不良反应也逐渐引起人们重视。本文报道1例胃癌患者予静脉滴注（静滴）奥沙利铂期间猝死，并对相关文献进行复习。
