1例奥沙利铂化疗致呼吸心跳骤停的抢救护理被引量：1

摘要报告1例奥沙利铂第4疗程化疗致过敏性休克，呼吸、心跳骤停患者的抢救护理。认为临床用药过程应树立“每次用药都具有潜在过敏性反应的危险”的意识；除对常见过敏药物重视外，对不常见引起过敏反应的药物也要多加注意，特别是对既往用药无过敏反应的患者也不能疏忽大意；充分做好用药前抗过敏准备，用药过程密切观察患者用药反应，加强巡视，随时备好急救用品和药物，是确保用药安全的关键；准确判断病情，及时准确用药，迅速有效的抢救措施是抢救成功的重要保证。
