摘要
围绕研究型医院的理论与实践,对何为"研究"发表了见解。通过介绍具有200年历史的美国研究型医院的建设情况,进一步分析并阐述了"研究型"的精髓。针对当下基础研究与临床应用"两张皮"的现象,提出了适合我国国情的制度、机制层面的建设性意见,以期从全新的视角为我国医学模式转型提供参考。
This article, surrounding the theory and practice of research-based hospital, expressed our views on the meaning of ＂research＂. By introducing the construction of research-based hospitals in the USA, which had a history of two hundred years, we further analyzed the essence of ＂research-based＂. Aiming at the current ＂mismatch＂ phenomenon of basic re- search and clinical application, we made constructive suggestions that were suitable for national conditions and on the level of institutional mechanisms to provid references for the medical model transformation in China from a new perspective.
