摘要
介绍了国内螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管的产品技术现状以及预精焊(二步法)技术在国内外的应用情况,从产品实物性能指标、工作效率等方面对比分析了采用预精焊生产螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管的优点,并针对其存在的问题提出了解决措施。分析认为,国内螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管的生产主要以一步法为主,但根据市场需求和油气输送管技术发展方向,从国外引进预精焊技术并对现有工艺技术进行改造很有必要。
Briefly introduced are the present domestic development situation of the product technologies for the SAWH pipe, and the applications of the pre-welding process （the two-step process） for producing such pipes at home and abroad. The advantages of manufacture of the SAWH pipe with the pre-welding process is comparatively analyzed in terms of product material object performance index and work efficiency. Moreover, addressing the problems related to manufacture of the SAWH pipe with the pre-welding process, some countermeasures are proposed. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that although the one-step process is mainly employed by the domestic SAWH pipe-making circles, it is also necessary to introduce the pre-welding process from abroad, and carry upgrade of the currently-used process technologies in a bid to meet the market demand, and follow the development trend of the technology for oil/gas linepipe production.
