摘要
介绍了国内预精焊工艺技术的应用与发展情况。新建的国产预精焊机组实现了数字化闭环"一键式"智能化焊接,完全达到了国外设备的精度和使用要求,同时在操作方便性和后期维护等方面优于进口设备。一键式智能化操作理念的实现,不仅显著降低了工人的劳动强度,而且使焊接质量得到大幅度提升。
The application and development of domestic two-stage spiral pipe welding technology was introduced.The new domestic two-stage machine achieved one-touch intelligent operation.Its accuracy and requirements are similar to the foreign ones,the ease of operation and maintenance are better.One-touch intelligent operation not only reduces the labor intensity significantly,but also enhance greatly the welding quality.
