食品安全的信任机制研究被引量：49

摘要信息不对称已被认为是食品安全问题发生的本质原因,然而,问题不可能通过使信息变得对称来解决,因为现实中很难实现信息完全对称;同时,信息不对称也不是造成市场失灵的充分条件,一定条件下企业可以建立声誉机制,有效解决信息不对称可能引起的市场失灵问题。现有研究主要采用的是博弈论的方法,只适用于集中度较高的市场,集中度很低的食品安全市场怎样才能建立起信任机制?本文对食品安全市场的信任机制的建立过程进行了研究,认为只要满足一定的条件,食品安全市场就能形成信任机制,有效地解决信息不对称问题。
