摘要
以丢糟为主要原料,研制高效、环保的新型生物质燃料,是白酒酿造工业固体废弃物综合利用的一条途径。经过多次试验,确定了丢糟燃料的成型条件为100MPa,280℃。丢糟燃料燃烧灰分低,锅炉效率高;挥发分高,易于点燃和燃烧;能够替代煤炭、化石等资源。
New biomass environment-friendly fuel was successfully developed with distiller's grains as the main raw material, and it's one way that the comprehensive utilization of liquor brewing industrial solid waste. After several examination, in order to determine the condition of molding for fuel of distiller's grain at 280℃ and 100MPa. Combustion of fuel of distiller's grain is low ash and high efficiency. It's easy to ignite and burn with high volatile, and it can substitute resource such as coal, fossil.
