摘要
采用氯化锌活化法制备了柚子皮活性炭吸附剂,并考察了氯化锌活化剂溶液浓度、液料质量比、活化温度和活化时间对吸附剂吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明,氯化锌活化法制备柚子皮活性炭吸附剂的最佳工艺条件为:氯化锌溶液质量分数为15%、液料质量比为3.0∶1、活化温度600℃、活化时间60min。所得柚子皮活性炭吸附剂的得率为33.36%,碘吸附值为837mg/g。
The activated carbon adsorbent was prepared from Grapefruit bran by activation with zinc chloride. The effects of zinc chloride concentration,mass ratio of solvent to material,activation temperature,and activation time on the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent were studied. The optimal preparation conditions are as follows:zinc chloridemass concentration 15%,mass ratio of solvent to material ratio 3.0∶1,activation temperature 600℃,activation time 60 min. The yield of the adsorbent is 33.36%. The iodine value is 837mg/g.
