摘要
目的提高住院药房调剂的准确率,提高服务质量,保证医疗安全。方法采用精益生产管理方式对住院药房调剂进行流程改造。结果与结论经过改造后,住院药房调剂的准确率明显提高,保障患者用药安全、有效,提高医务人员、患者的满意度。
Objective To improve the inpatient pharmacy dispensing accuracy,improve the quality of services to ensure medical safety.Methods Using lean production management on inpatient pharmacy dispensing process to be transformed.Results and conclusion after improvements,significant increase in inpatient pharmacy dispensing accuracy,protect patients safe,effective,and improve the satisfaction of medical staff and patients.
