摘要
[目的]为了解决陇县烟区烤烟(Nicotiana glauca L.)品种结构单一和种质退化问题,保障烟区烟叶质量和可持续发展能力,满足卷烟工业优质原料的需求。[方法]以当地主打品种秦烟96为对照,对4个烤烟新品种(KRK26、Y041、Y8342、中烟202)进行了区域适应性研究。[结果]烤烟Y8342品种烟株田间生长发育好,抗病能力强,烤后烟叶的外观质量和评吸质量佳。[结论]Y8342在陇县烟区具有较好的适应性,建议进一步推广应用。
[Objective] In order to solve the problems of the simple flue-cured tobacco species construction and genetic characterization degeneration,ensure the quality of tobacco leaves and sustainable development capacity of Longxian tobacco-growing areas,and meet the needs of high-quality raw materials of the cigarette industry.[Method] An experiment was conducted to investigate the regional adaptability of four flue-cured tobacco new varieties（namely KRK26,Y041,Y8342 and Zhongyan 202）,and the local major variety Qinyan96 was as a control variety.[Result] The results showed that the new variety Y8342 had a better expression on growth and development,disease resistance,appearance quality and smoking quality.[Conclusion] Y8342 has good adaptability in Longxian Base of Hubei Tobacco Company,so suggests that popularizing and applying it in this area in future.
