摘要 220V低压配电网终端用户的用电安全与信息化管理是一个值得关注的课题。本文介绍了一种采用RISC基微控制器技术及电能计量技术的智能型剩余电流动作保护装置的设计方案,集漏电检测、漏电模拟试验、电流电压检测、功率检测、电能计量、跳合闸控制、数据通信、信息存储、声光报警、手动合闸、手动跳闸等功能于一身,实现了对终端用户用电安全状态的在线式监测与管理,可实施传统产品的更新换代。该设计对于提高220V低压配电网终端用户的用电安全和用电的信息化水平,同时降低用电管理部门的用电维修成本,具有一定的实际意义。 220V low voltage power distribution network terminal user safety and information management is a task that deserves attention. The paper introduces a kind of RISC-based micro controller technology and electric energy metering technology for intelligent residual current operated protective device design scheme, a leakage detection, leakage simulation test, a current and voltage testing, power, electric energy Metering, tripping control, data communication, information storage, sound and light alarm, manual switching, manual tripping in a function, the user terminal electrical safety state of the on-line monitoring and management, can carry out the upgrading of traditional products. To improve the 220V low voltage power distribution network terminal user's safe use of electricity and electrical information level, while reducing the electric power management department of electrical repair cost, which has certain practical significance.
