摘要
在创新人才培养体系中,教务学工联动机制、校企合作共建机制和校际交流培养机制是重要支撑。辅导员在这一体系中的角色认知直接影响创新人才的培养。辅导员在做好引领者、协调者和组织者的基础之上加强能力建设,能够更为出色地在创新人才培养体系中发挥自己的作用,为国家创新人才的培养贡献力量。
In the innovative talent training system,the collaboration between teaching affair departments and students affair departments,college-enterprise joint operation and university-to-university reaching-out programs are all the important measures.Students counselors＇s role cognition in the system is directly related to the training of innovative talents.They should learn to be good guiders,collaborators and organizers and train themselves in the abilities of playing a better role in the project of innovative talent training.
