摘要
介绍了浙江大学强化培养本科生科研创新能力的战略计划和“985工程”二期对创新人才培养的建设,并以浙江大学能源学科为例,总结了充分发挥科研资源优势,服务于本科生科研能力强化培养的成功经验：一是瞄准国际学术前沿和国家重大需求为本科生科研训练正确选题;二是构建教授导师、研究生和本科生组成的科研创新团队;三是创新实验方法建设特色鲜明的实验平台,理论与实践相结合强调科研成果学以致用;四是加强国际合作交流培养学生的国际化视野。这将为研究型大学培养优秀本科人才提供宝贵经验。
The paper introduces the strategic planning of strengthening scientific research ability of undergraduates and construction of innovative talent cultivation for the second phase of 985 Project of Zhejiang University. Furthermore, taking the energy discipline of Zhejiang University as an example, it concluded four successful experience of taking full advantage of scientific research resource for promoting undergraduates＇ scientific research ability, which would provide valuable experience for other innovative research universities.
