摘要
为观察加味止痛如神汤用于防治混合痔术后并发症的临床疗效，将60例混合痔术后患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例给予加味止痛如神汤口服治疗，对照组30例给予消脱止流浸液片口服治疗。结果表明，加味止痛如神汤在用于防治混合痔术后肛门疼痛、肛门坠胀及促进创面愈合方面疗效明显优于消脱止，防治术后水肿方面两者无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。
In order to observe the clinical efficacy of modified Zhitong Rushen decoction in the prevention and control of postoperative complications in mixed hemorrhoids, sixty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases for each. The former was treated with modified Zhitong Rush- en decoction,and the latter with Melilotus extract tablets orally. The results showed that modified Zhitong Rushen Decoction was better than Melilotus extract tablets in preventing and controlling postoperative anal pain,anal tenesmus sensation in mixed hemorrhoids as well as in improving wound surface healing. No sig- nificant differences （ P〉 0.05） was found in preventing and controlling postoperative edema.
