摘要
电火花加工作为闭式整体泵叶轮的有效加工方法,其关键是如何在确保电极尺寸尽可能大的前提下,规划一条无干涉的优化的电极运动路径,由此提出了一种名为共轭法的电极运动路径规划方法。相较于传统方法,新方法可使设计出的电极尺寸更饱满,获得的运动路径更平滑光顺。以某闭式整体泵叶轮为验证对象,分别基于传统方法与新方法,进行电极设计及运动路径规划,并作对比试验,结果证明了共轭法的有效性与优越性。
Multi-axis electrical discharge machining (EDM) is an effective approach for machining integral shrouded impeller. The key is to plan an interference-free and optimized tool electrode feed path while keeping the electrode size as large as possible. In this paper, a new electrode feed path plan-ning method called tangent tracking was proposed. By using such a planning method, the electrode can have a smoother feed path and a larger size than that obtained by traditional methods. The machining tests for an integral shrouded impeller show that the tangent tracking method not only improves the machining efficiency, but also reduces the number of electrode used.
