摘要
目的:观察人表皮生长因子受体3抗体在接尘工人血清内的表达水平及其与尘肺病的关系。方法:采集159例接尘工人和85例健康对照者的外周静脉血,应用双位点夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清中HER3-Ab的含量。结果:健康对照组血清HER3抗体含量为(1.29±1.83)mg/L,接尘工龄<5年组和≥5年组人群血清HER3抗体含量分别为(3.72±7.17)mg/L和(9.96±21.86)mg/L,各组间人群血浆HER3-Ab的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自身免疫抗体HER3-Ab的表达水平与接尘有关。
Objective： To observe the level of HER3-Ab in serum of coal workers,and to discuss the role in pneumoconiosis.Methods： 159 exposed workers and 85 healthy subjects were selected.Then use ELISA to detect the serum HER3-Ab of all cases.Results： The serum HER3 antibody of healthy control group,5 years exposure group and ≥ 5 years group was（1.29±1.83） mg/L,（3.72±7.17） mg/L and（9.96±21.86） mg/L.There was significant differences in them（P0.05）.Conclusion： The expression of HER3-Ab was related to dust exposure.
